We really do take ALL problems our customers tell us about seriously—we try to replicate the problem, find out what’s causing the problem, then do all we can to help. In addition to getting back to our customers ASAP, if there’s a solution that will help others down the line, we share the information on our Web site.
We had one of our customers describe a problem he was having when downloading templates. Seems that if you have enabled ad or pop-up blockers in your browser, it can prevent you from downloading our templates.
We let him know what was happening then added this notice to our website: “Make sure you have any ad or pop-up blockers disabled as they may also block the ability to download using the form below.” If you are having problems downloading templates, try this trick!
