• Someone in our office will set up the account for your subscription & e-mail the details for using your account ASAP
• If your order was placed outside of our office hours, we may not be available to setup your account until the office re-opens. Keep in mind that we are in the Mountain Standard Time zone so it is possible there is a big time difference between your location and ours.
• When possible, we do check for orders, even outside of office hours.
