Please note that your purchase account and your vehicle template download account are completely separate accounts. The account you create during the purchase process is not the account for downloading vehicle templates. After we receive your order, we manually setup your download account and we will email you account credentials for the download account in an email titled Car 'n Truck Vehicle Collection Download Instructions. We strive to setup your account as quickly as possible during our business hours.
