Importing Vehicle Template AI Files into CASmate

1. From the “File” menu, choose “Import”.
2. For the type of file, select “AI”.
3. Browse on your computer and select the AI file that will be imported
4. Click “OK” to continue.

After the AI file has been imported.

1. Select “Group All”.
2. From the Hypergroup menue, choose “Counter-clockwise”.
3. Click the “Sort” button.
4. Click the “Paint” button, wich appears as a large “P”.
5. Click the “Fill” button (beside the “Paint” button).
6. Select a color and click the vehicle body.
7. Click “Redraw”.

Note: CASmate may duplicate many or all closed shapes within the file. Duplicated shapes will have a black color. These duplicates should be deleted, with the exception of the vehicle tires and mirrors.
